Kristin is a Certified Amicable Divorce attorney and mediator, is a founding member and amicable ambassador for the State of New Jersey. Kristin Lis has been serving the legal needs of clients in the South Jersey area since 2010 following her clerkship for the Presiding Judge of the Family Part of Vicinage I from 2009-2010. Kristin has advanced her client's interests in a broad variety of family law matters including divorce, divorce from bed and board, child custody, child support, and other unique issues such as relocation, college contribution, and emancipation. Kristin is available as a litigator, mediator, and guardian ad litem in New Jersey. Kristin is a Qualified Family Part Mediator under Rule 1:40-12 and available for appointment in economic mediations, and is a Court approved parent coordinator under R. 5:8D.
