Delegating document gathering often leaves house evidence gaps - we offer FREE house due diligence support.  I act as a project manager, helping homeowners, Lawyers, and Mediators gather house related documents for more informed decision-making during family mediation.  I work with a team of professionals to help the client in each area - insurance, mortgage, inspection, appraisal and financial. This helps take the pressure off the client.

I am Lauren Loper, your Probate and Divorce Real Estate advocate. I have lived in the Atlanta area since 1976, graduating from Wheeler High school and getting my Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Georgia State University.  I am a Broker/REALTOR.  Holding a designation as a RCS-D Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce and Elder) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), and Certified Amicable Divorce Professional (CADP). I also worked for the Probate Court in Cobb County.  In addition to that I have 22 years of Corporate experience at multi-billion dollar companies in customer service, management and executive level leadership.
